209 East 7th Street HDFC is a regulated, limited-equity co-op. We are obligated to follow a Regulatory Agreement with the City of New York, which determines the sale price of apartments, income requirements for potential shareholders, a 10% flip tax, primary residency requirements and restrictions on subletting. It is recommended that all applicants read the Agreement before applying. Additionally, we have an Alteration Agreement that outlines how major alterations may be made to individual apartments, as well as House Rules that outline basic expectations for shareholders’ conduct within the building. The sale price for Apartment 5N is: $223,134.
The monthly maintenance fee for Apartment 5N is: $603.
